Brief Summary of Role
Reporting to Director of Sales Operations, the Salesforce Operations Administrator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day sales operations related to:
Salesforce.com hands-on technical implementation and configuration support (become Salesforce Certified Administrator)
Producing detailed supporting materials such as business cases, business process diagrams, wireframes, and context diagrams.
Creating clear, concise, and detailed user stories, and break components down into discrete tasks.
Synthesizing both technical and business information, and present implementation needs and options confidently.
Acting as a knowledgeable liaison among technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders during the implementation phase
Creating Executive and Board of Directors Sales Reporting
Creating Sales Analysis and Reporting
Creating Sales Modeling and Planning
Train and support sales reps to ensure proper use of Salesforce.com
Salesforce.com Sales Cloud administration for items like field changes, validation rules, workflow rules, triggers, forecasting, SFDC Reports, SFDC dashboards, and Docurated integration.
Improve sales data quality by running Salesforce.com exception reports and cleaning up Sales Cloud data.
Prepare quarterly Board and Executive Reports.
Report on and analyze sales metrics.
Work with Sales Management, Operations, and Sales Reps to develop Salesforce.com reports and dashboards
Support sales management for modelling territories and compensation plans.
Develop new processes and improve existing processes for efficiency
Education and Required Experience (Requirements)
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience building solutions for or supporting sales teams
Experience developing and maintaining software applications is a plus. Specific industry experience with software-as-a-service, specifically Salesforce.com and Google Apps, is also a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intense desire to learn about and participate in the revolution of cloud computing
Outstanding, over-the-top, truly sensational commitment to insanely good customer service
